Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refund requests can only be initiated after the order has been successfully delivered to the customer.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@venorys.com with the following information:
● Your order number
● The item(s) you want to return or exchange
● A photo or video showing the issue (if defective)
We will respond with instructions and the correct return address based on your location.
Please do not return items to the sender’s address.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
● Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
● In its original packaging with all tags attached
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping.
We are not responsible for lost or untrackable returns.
Refunds
Refund requests are only accepted after the customer has received the order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund
will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once shipped. If you still wish to
cancel after shipment, you may return the item upon delivery within the 14-day return
window.
