  1. General Shipping Information

At Venorys, we are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We ship worldwide to over 200 countries, with a primary focus on ensuring smooth delivery across the United States.

We work with trusted local carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. For orders within the United States, final delivery is typically handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

  1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be extended. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days after the order has been processed.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $30 USD.

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to carrier congestion, customs inspections, or other logistical factors beyond our control.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking information may take up to 12 business days to update in the carrier’s system.
For U.S. customers, packages can be tracked via our website or directly on the carrier’s website once the shipment reaches the destination country.

  1. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to:

Different warehouse locations
Packaging or size restrictions
Stock availability

If this occurs, separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Venorys is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied during or after shipping.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

For most U.S. orders under the de minimis value threshold, no additional duties are typically charged.

  1. Chinese New Year Holiday (Supplier Delay Notice)

Please note that from February 16 to March 4, our suppliers and manufacturing partners observe the Chinese New Year holiday period.

During this time:

Order processing and shipment dispatch may experience extended delays.
Delivery timelines may exceed standard estimates due to supplier shutdowns and international logistics backlogs.

By placing an order during this period, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the extended processing and shipping times resulting from the Chinese New Year holiday and associated global supply chain limitations.
